Report on Re-Verification of Intra-Semester Assessment (ISA)Policy Making – 20 MarksBasics of Parliamentary Speaking and KnowledgeDigital Yuva SansadBatch: November–December 2025 This report is submitted to formally record the re-verification process conducted for the Intra-Semester Assessment (ISA) of the subject Policy Making (Maximum Marks: 20) under the course Basics of Parliamentary Speaking and Knowledge, Digital Yuva Sansad, for the batch November–December 2025. It is hereby noted that only one (1) candidate applied for the re-verification process by submitting a formal written application. The applicant was Ms. Bhumika from Delhi. Her request was duly received and placed before the Examination Committee for necessary action. During the re-verification process, the answer script and all associated documents were carefully examined. It was observed that only two (2) supplements were available, while the remaining two (2) supplements were missing from the examination documents. After taking official note of this issue, the committee proceeded with the re-verification in a fair, transparent, and unbiased manner, strictly following academic evaluation norms. The available answer sheets were re-evaluated thoroughly, considering the complete content present in the submitted documents. Based on this re-assessment, the candidate has been awarded 16 marks out of 20 in the Policy Making ISA, which shall be treated as final and valid for all official and academic purposes. During the course of re-verification, the following observations were made: After examining all facts, the Examination Committee concludes that the re-verification was conducted with due diligence and fairness. The revised marks awarded accurately reflect the evaluation of the available answer script for the Intra-Semester Assessment (ISA) – Policy Making component.
