- Eligibility for Application
Only candidates officially enrolled in the Basics of Parliamentary Speaking and Knowledge Certificate Programme under the Department of Educational Studies, Digital Yuva Sansad are eligible to apply through this portal. - Accurate Information Submission
Candidates must ensure that all personal, academic, and contact details entered in the application form are accurate and complete. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection of the application. - Application Deadline
Applications must be submitted within the prescribed time period. Late submissions shall not be accepted under ordinary circumstances. - Mandatory Document Upload
Candidates must upload all required supporting documents in clear and readable format wherever applicable. - Examination Schedule
The date, timing, and mode of examination shall be communicated through the official dashboard and registered email address. - Special Examination Requests
In case of genuine academic commitments or medical emergencies, candidates may apply separately for preponed or postponed examination consideration with valid documentary proof. - Academic Integrity
Candidates are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic honesty. Any unfair practices, plagiarism, or misconduct shall invite disciplinary action. - Portal Submission Confirmation
After successful submission, candidates will receive an automated confirmation message/email for future reference. - Technical Responsibility
